„What if soy milk is just regular milk introducing itself in Spanish?”

Today I chose to talk about a "taboo" topic, because ... to be serious, who talks bad about milk? The aliment we grew up with, which makes us strong and which is irreplaceable in our kitchen...

According to our knowledge regarding the benefits of dairy products and milk, in general, it is mainly vital to include these foods in our daily diet, as they provide us with a wide range of nutrients, such as complex proteins, calcium and vitamin D. Have you heard people say we drink milk to have strong bones and teeth? I think it happens periodically. But how many times have you heard that people advise you to reduce milk consumption? Here the group narrows significantly.

Recent studies have found that milk blocks the absorption of phytonutrients from some of the most antioxidant foods. For example, in 2009, it was found that the antioxidant activity of blueberries is affected by their association with milk. Ellagic acid is considered one of the major phytonutrients in forest fruits - which can play a role in preventing the decline of brain function at an old age. ​În ziua de azi, cafeaua este cea mai consumată băutură din lume și știm cu toții că este una dintre cele mai iubite băuturi de pe această planetă, în principal datorită componenței sale principale – pe care o cunoaștem drept cafeină – ceea ce ne face să ne simțim energizați și gata să începem o nouă zi, sau pentru a continua ceea ce am început deja.

It was found that simultaneous consumption of coffee and milk could have a negative impact on the absorption of chlorogenic acids (CGA).

Cu toate acestea, ar trebui să avem în vedere faptul că alegerea cafelei poate avea o mare influență asupra potențialului de sănătate al consumului de cafea. Thus, milk is not the elixir of youth, but on the contrary, it fights against antioxidants in foods that are meant to keep us young for a longer. At least drink it simple and try to choose the vegetal option when combining it with fresh foods.
